How can we help?

Get help with your workspace, a calendar connection or your personal information.

Contact AdviserPro

Email support@adviserpro.co.nz. Include a short description of the issue and the website address you are using. For connection errors, include the provider and the time it happened.

Please do not email passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens or borrower documents. We will arrange a suitable way to investigate if more information is needed.

Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar

  1. Sign in to AdviserPro and open Settings → Calendar.
  2. Read the calendar explanation and privacy details, then choose Connect for Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Sign in to the account whose calendar you want to use. Review and grant the requested permissions.
  4. Return to AdviserPro and check that the connection shows as active. One active calendar is used for your meetings.
  5. Review each proposed meeting before confirming it. Choose explicitly whether to send an invitation.

If your Microsoft work account asks for administrator approval, contact your organisation’s Microsoft administrator. Access to a connection under evaluation may be limited to invited accounts. An organisation can also restrict third-party app access.

Disconnect or remove provider access

  1. In Settings → Calendar, select Disconnect for the connected account. This removes the connected account record and stored credentials from AdviserPro.
  2. To also revoke Google’s permission grant, open Google third-party connections, select the AdviserPro connection you granted and remove its access.
  3. For a personal Microsoft account, manage AdviserPro in Microsoft app permissions. For a work or school account, open My Apps and manage the app’s permissions. Ask your administrator if removal is controlled by your organisation.

Existing external events, invitations and the lead activity trail are not removed by disconnecting. AdviserPro cannot update or cancel those earlier external events after the connection is removed. If you remove access at the provider first, disconnect in AdviserPro too to remove the local connection.

Access, correction or deletion requests

Email support@adviserpro.co.nz with the subject “AdviserPro privacy request”. Tell us the email address you use, the adviser business involved and what you want to access, correct or delete. We will verify your identity before acting.

Complete self-service account deletion is not currently available; requests are handled through support. We will explain what can be removed and any remaining retention or backup limitations. See our privacy policy for the current position.
